The Team

The nobilé Foundation is managed by a dedicated Board of Directors team consisting of four experienced members who are passionate about the Foundation's goals and are committed to its expertise. Wolf Neuhäuser, the founder of the foundation, plays a central role and shapes the direction and strategic decisions. There are currently no other employees, but the foundation plans to recruit more committed people for its work in the future by offering internships and volunteer programs.

nobilé AG was founded in Frankfurt am Main in 1989 by a group of dedicated lighting experts who decided to take the plunge and set up an innovative lighting technology company. With their in-depth expertise and passion for light, they laid the foundations for today's success.
In order to secure the long-term future of the company and remain true to the original values, 70% of the company shares were transferred to the foundation. This decision reflects the founders' sense of responsibility and sustainable thinking. The foundation ensures that the company's earnings are used sensibly and effectively in the long term.
With this commitment, they ensure that both the foundation and the company can continue to have a positive social impact - characterized by transparency, social responsibility and a clear focus on the future.
